digital noise wiring question

digital noise wiring question

2013-08-05 by jaswkah

hello

i want to wire switched 3.5 mm jacks to the digital noise board.

for the speed pot can i just wire from its ground terminal to the ground terminal of the cv input jack and then wire this to ground in the board?

and the output of the pot (cw) to the tip of the cv input jack?

how is the int. clock switch wired to the ext. clock input?

for the white, pink and random gate jacks, can i just run ground from one to the other, with the last wired to ground on the board?

i'm just getting started with building modules, so sorry if these are really basic questions. i searched the list archives but didn't find any information for this.

thanks in advance for any help?

Yes.

Yes.

If you are using switched jacks, the extra switch is not needed. Look at the
circuit diagram. The info is all there.

Yes. All the ground points of the panel components can be wired together,
with only a single wire running between them and the PCB.
