I am building this for someone, and I don't see
any formula for determining R8. Since the parts list says 8x
100k for each column, can I safely assume that 100k is the
default value for these resistors? Do these set the gain for
each amp?

Hi Charlie,
Yes, it might very well be RB. My eyes are straining. The counts did suggest 100k, but I am guessing that since they are not labeled as such, there might be other options. I will probably just go with the 100k value.
