Steiner diodes

Steiner diodes

2014-02-21 by Loscha

Hi Ken & All,

I'm going to make up a few CGS35 synths on boards. Would matching the 2n2222s or Diodes make a lick of difference in the "purity" of the filter?

/Edward

Maybe matching them would help. Other than that, who knows? Some people
think using different transistors does change it, but it is a very long time
since I've done any comparisons.

Am ordering waay too many 2n2222s from eBay to make up this and a few other things.
If I do get around to messing about with it, I'll probably take frequency vs input voltage readings. if so, I'll share with the group.

All the best
