The span trim resistor should stay 4.7k. The goal for that trimmer is to dial in a resistance equal to the ~10k feedback resistor in the adjacent op-amp (unity gain output). Of course, if you don't match the other two 10k resistors in the other inverter to that first 10k, you can only trim one or the other output exactly exactly. But 4.7k puts the adjustment pretty close to the center of the trimmer
