hi all,
I just finished a frac rack sized panel for 3 bandpass filters.
I have not done this kind of graphic in the past. Here is what I did
1. create a design in paint program
2. print out and double check spacing and holes.
3. use paper temple to mark drill points.
4. drill holes were needed.
5. go back to paint program and mirror the
design so it reads backwards.
6. print backwards design on overhead transparency material.
7. let ink dry, then spray printed side with silver paint ( or other
color)
8. let dry a loooong time.
9. flip over and there you have a perfect protected design layout.
10. use 3M spray glue to sheet attach to well cleaned panel.
11. cut holes out with sharp knife. trim edges from back.
looks pretty good....now I have 4 panels to go
back and remake this type for graphic for ...
hope you enjoy the sharing...
