Your requirements really need to be spelled out.
- do you want a 16 step random pulse train as a clock for a single purpose? (yes, 2x gated comparators could be used in series)
- do you wish to randomly select from one of 16 outputs at a time? (I don't have anything that does this)- do you want a 16 step random pulse train as a clock for a single purpose? (yes, 2x gated comparators could be used in series)
