CGS 113 Serge Wave Mult -- caps across op amps?

CGS 113 Serge Wave Mult -- caps across op amps?

2016-06-12 by guymccusker

I've built up the CGS113 Wave Mult v1.1 board. If I'm not wrong, on this version there are pads and space on the board for the caps across the op amps which are described in the accompanying text on Ken's site as being helpful if the op amps go into self-oscillation.

Is there any reason not to install them all before first power-up? Does the circuit perform better without them, assuming the op amps remain stable?

Thanks in advance,

Guy.

If I recall correctly , they were not on the original Serge version. One or two would be added as needed. Just adding them anyway is fine.
