Hi,
A few questions...

When it says something like "82R" or "390R" the resistor values
are 82 and 390 ?

And 2k2 is 2.2k correct?

Also If I want to put a input pot for the LP BP and HP I should us
a 50k audio pot?

82 ohms and 390 ohms. Yes.

Yes. The symbol replaces the decimal point.

I'd use a 100k linear pot myself, but a 50k audio would be okay.
