You might want to contact SynthTech:

They don't show any CEM3374's in stock, but maybe they have one or two left
that don't show up on their website?

You can also look on eBay. You might ask a fellow on eBay, who goes by the name
"chipforbrains". I see that he lists a lot of synth parts on a regular basis,
but I've never bought from him personally.

Failing that, you can always cannibalize an Oberheim Xpander. (Just kidding!) 

(If you did cannibalize an Xpander just for its CEM3374's, you should send the
rest of the Xpander to me, for proper disposal.)   :)

If you really strike out, I might possibly have a spare laying around here
somewhere, but it would be a used and untested part. Buying new parts from
SynthTech would be best, if they still have any.
