Voice failed.... first things to check?

One of the voices just stopped working on my Polaris.
I hope it's not gonna be too expensive :(
What are the first things to check?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
