Actually, the "Triad" interface is the MIDI interface, called that because it was originally supposed to support peer-to-peer networking via token passing, but that was never developed. The only adapters I've seen for the 25-pin Chroma interface are a couple Chroma-to-MIDI converters for the original Chroma, which didn't have MIDI.
