You can 'send current workspace' over MIDI, which will do a patch dump
of the current patch (via SYSEX), but beyond that I'm not aware of any
sequence of steps that will allow you to invoke a SYSEX dump from the
panel.

By a similar token, I don't believe if it is possible to request a
complete dump via a single SYSEX command - but it is possible to request
a patch at a time, and then save them in sequence to form a complete
dump.

If you have a script-based editor, then you could 'script' the requests
to get them all.

As there has been a lot of interest recently in people wanting to try
patches with Sysex vs. the tape inteface, I took a few minutes this
afternoon and looked to decode a tape dump of factory set 1 and then
convert it into sysex.

If there's anyone out there who'd like to test it to confirm it
does/doesn't work, I'd be more than happy to send the SYX file along.
