The public beta of SoundDiver 3.1 [1] (XSKey [2] required) installs a file called "Chroma Polaris.ADA" in the following directory: ~/Library/Application Support/Emagic/SoundDiver Adaptations/ I'm not sure about earlier versions of SoundDiver. I don't know whether the file format is the same across versions of SoundDiver and/or across platforms (I assume that the Windows version was, like Logic, discontinued after the Apple acquisition).
