half way there!

half way there!

so, i pulled my chroma out last night and began the process of removing/cleaning the front panel. unfortunately, as i was trying to take off the ground nut the whole screw broke off and im left with a little nub where the bolt would go. would it be ok for me to just solder the grounding wire to the panel where the screw once was? i suppose i could also just solder a new screw and bolt, but im not sure if soldering grounds the same like it was before. much thanks!!

It's almost impossible to solder to a big piece of steel. Better to put the
lug on the nearby panel board mounting screw.
