Loading patches from sysex?

Ok, another quick question. I'm having trouble loading patches with Midi sysex. I downloaded the Polaris patches from the website, and am sending them with SysEx Librarian on a mac with a roland quad capture. On the Polaris I enabled midi in from the interface and midi channel 1.
Any other tricks?
