[chromapolaris] Strange sound and bad keys

Hello Guys,
Please, I need guidance and help. I turned on my Chroma Polaris and realised that certain keys worked and would not work when I repeat playing them. This problem occurred in all the 5 octaves.
�I conducted a tuning diagnostic test and discovered only 3 voices worked out 6.�But, when on scratch patch (Program A1) all keys are fully working.�Envelope (A,D,S,SD and R) seem not to work too.�
The above test was carried out after reading an article on the Internet.�
Pls, someone help me. I cherish my CP. I want to bring it back to life. What do I do?
