Rhodes Chroma Polaris

Im still having problems loading the factory patches as obtained from 
the Rhodeschroma site...I have now downloaded the audio data onto a 
diffrent  computer and checked the waveforms on Wavelab and they seem 
very flat.then i recorded onto cassette with a diffrent  tape deck (a 
luxman 3-head) and tried 2 diffrent recording levels  +3 and -3 db. In 
both cases the audio data would not verify..just got the 'honk"as soon 
as it starts up. The polaris is set for audio tape input, (not digital) 
I still havent tried direct out of the computer into the polaris or midi
(bypassing the  tape)...But the tape method  should work, it HAS before.
   i feel dumb to ask ,but has anyone successfully loaded this 
Rhodeschroma  site  factory program data  into their polaris ,  or is 
it just me. As i said before, I CAN  load the  previous tape i recorded 
directly out of the polaris [despite its damaged area}. Im just 
wondering if there is something odd/wrong with the posted data. Has it 
been tested?
