back in december it was posted here that new replacement Polaris switch panels were being manufactured--- any updates on this? (I'm certainly down for one or two sets} Do you need upfront deposits to finance the project?

I put in for several quotes on the project from suppliers around here (Los Angeles) a month and a half ago, and heard back from no one. Right now, I'm on vacation, but when I get back, I'll see if I can light a fire under them. Sorry this is slow, but this is a hobby project, not my real job, so it's second to everything else. But the artwork has been done for a long time, I have packaging figured out, and someone to do fulfillment. All I need is someone to make the damn things. And no, I'm not asking for advance deposit. I can finance it out of my pocket. -- Ciao, Paul D. DeRocco Paul mailto:pderocco@...

Hi Paul,
If you ever do manufacture new replacement membrane panels for the Chroma Polaris, I will also buy two for mine. Please keep me posted as to when, and how much it will cost...I've been hoping someone would do this for a long time!
Thanks,

im totally psyched about this---Its been a long time coming. I had asked Jeroen at Analog Rennaisannce about designing these switch panels (he did the Juno 106 replacement clone chips)-- but he was not too inclined because he he said would rather design IC's than switches. i would also guess he didnt own a polaris. --- In chromapolaris@yahoogroups.com, "wasteking1" <wasteking1@...> wrote:
