Crumar Musical Instruments User Group.

Hi there people.
I´m Chris and new member of that group.
Maybe one of you can help me with my T-2.
It was given to me a few months ago, because it didn´t work
anymore 
and the Pre-owner wanted to get rid of it.
I have a copy of the circuits, but it´s not 100% useful.
Has anyone an idea, what´s the problem?
When I press any key, it only makes a short click but no sound. I 
have the idea, that the oscillator doesn´t give a valid
clock-signal, 
but when I connect the Oscillator pcb into my T-1, it works.
I cannot measure any clock-signal at both of the oscillator-outs.
What should I try next?
Where can I get spare parts in Germany? (I think the M147 IC is 
blown...)
