???????? I remember my poly section on the DS-2 would work for a while, then stop and another time it would work again.? I never noticed if shutting it off and on did anything.? It is dead now and has been for a long time.? Being intermittent, repair facilities have no way of knowing if they fixed it or not.? If you put that chip in yours and it works, let me know!? I have no idea how many were made, I bought mine in New Jersey around 1974-75.? It is a fun machine.? Thanks.

hi ,i own one of these beast. I got her about a year ago,half working. The poly section would work,then shut off. So i would turn off the machine,then turn back on and it would work again. So me knowing nothing about electronics i put her into the closet to rest for a bit. Then i saw someone selling these chips on ebay for the power supply,im not shure the number but they are known to go bad. So i figured i would just buy it and see. So now i forgot where i put that chip,so i can install. I will find it,put it in soon and let everyone know if it works or not. Does anyone know how many ds-2s were made?
