I've have been messing around with the sockets on the back of my recently acquired Stratus, and decided to use MOTU's Volta software (http://www.motu.com/products/software/volta) to see what I could modulate. the stratus has pedal inputs for Sync on/off, VCF and Release, additionally there something called TM input, which seems to effect the pitch. When an LFO is patched to these inputs, they can be modulated in sync with the host sequencer. I am assuming anything that outputs a control voltage should work equally well. Pitch, filter and sync can be modulated simultaneously, additionally, the Stratus built in LFO works too. 

This really extends the usefulness of the Stratus in my eyes, you can get some really nice effects by having everything modulated at once. 

I'm sure this isn't new to most long time stratus users, but I was amazed. I wasn't expecting anything like this!
