Bit One adjustments

2002-01-06 by Oliver Babel

Hello alltogether!
After I solved the problems I had with my Bit One by resoldering some spots on the filter-board, I spent the following night readjusting the trimmers, since the cem-chips got mixed up because I took them off before soldering. Now I know that the trimmers next to the filter-ICs determine the resonance of each voice and the six pair-wise lower located trimmmers the cut "individual" cut-off point of each voice.
But does anybody know about the function of the six white-capped plastic trimmers which are also on the board? If so, please let me know.
And does anybody know how all the trimmers can be adjusted exactly and not just "by one“s ears"?
If so, let me know also.
All the best
Oliver
