Try de-soldering one of the sliders and take it to
Maplins/Radio Shack (or the local version to were you are ).
They may well be able to find a match, if not the same
part.
As far as the slider tops go, GOOD LUCK, I've not bean
able to get any for over 10 years!.
But you may find some thing that will do from the shop you
are at for the slider.
