brass retriggering problem

Hi all, I have a performer that exhibits mutiple retriggering and super long sustain on the brass section only.  Sound gerneration and the string section are perfect.   Any ideals on troubleshooting this?  I have the 10 page schematic but would appreciate hints to what the problem might be  Thanks!
