AW: [crumar] Bit99 sounds ...

2001-03-13 by Ullrich Peter

Hallo!

>I have a black Bit99 for several years now and worked fine till a couple of weeks ago ...
>One of the stereo outlets seemed to give less volume with a lot of noise.
>I opened my bit99 and replaced the battery.
>I had no sounds anymore, no problem but when i create a new sound a still have a background noise.
>
>Any idea ???

This kind of error normally comes from ICs that have a bad contact in the socket.
So try to move each IC in the sockets - especially the CEM / SSM parts and may
be the opamps of the output circuit!

Ciao
Peter
