I Think the Bit100 is superb! 

Aside from emulating the Bit One, its also one of the best sounding VST analog emulations out there, in my opinion, along with the other Manx stuff which are also magic.

I got full copy from Manx - It might take the edge off when my Bit One eventually dies!

I've listened to many of the software synths out there, and so far none of them sounded very authentic to me until I heard these Manx products.  I am thinking of programming some of the Bit One factory patches into the Bit100 to see how they compare for myself.  

Even if this is no replacement for the hardware instrument, it might allow me to compose on a laptop or even save the Bit for actual recording time, while using the software for daily work.  My working Bit requires a lot of attention.
