Crumar Compac

Crumar Compac

2003-09-24 by bildfantomen

Hello I've recently bought a Crumar Compac-Piano, And I have been
trying to find information about it on the net, so far all I've come
up with is that Univox and Korg manufactured similar (or the same)
things. Although MY circuitboards are marked CRUMAR.

Any way...

does anyone know anything about this, anyone ever made any
modifications on it. I was thinking maybe you could change the sound
on it somehow, or are the sounds burned into the 12 chips marked Do
re mi fa so la ti do?

Otherwise all you can do is tune it. Seems like such a shame. It
sounds quite good, but with some tweaking it could sound FANTASTIC!

Oh yea, My has another name painted on it, the swedish brand
HAGSTROM. So on the back it says Hagstrom Compac Piano, but if you
look at the side on the serial number, it says Crumar Compac, and
like I said inside the boards are marked CRUMAR.

I wonder if crumar made the boards for Univoxes Compac too???
