Hi, Be careful about using a computer power supply. I heard they need a minimum current draw to work properly, so you should make sure about this before you plug it in. J.F.

Subject: crumar ds 2 flooded death
I came back home recently to Slidell, La to find everything I owned
flooded out including my Ds-2.Well needless to say ive been bummed
about it.I dried it out and cleaned all the contacts, pots and
connections. When I powered it up it looked like it was going to work
somewhat, but after about 2 minutes the power supply went kapoot! Heres
my question, A friend suggested I use a computer power supply to
replace it as it uses the same voltage requirements of the Ds-2.It
sounds like a good idea to me, any thoughts?
