Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I was going through the process of creating a profile, but at the 
Spectro Calibration – White Calibration I've got the message: "The 
Spectro doesn't appear to be on the white calibration tile; are you 
sure that you want to continue?" 
The Spectro is positioned over the white tile at the time.
I've tried to go through Edit – Preferences menu, Tools -> Calibrate 
process. Black Calibrate seems to work just fine, but for the White 
Calibrate I'm getting the same error message.
Any ideas?
