Oh, that one's easy. It's just a shortcut command for you to open the folder
on your system that contains the profiles you've built! It's not for PFP
functionality, this is just a convenience. Maybe it should be named "Open
Profile Folder..." instead, and it wouldn't have been confusing that way.
(But then the menu commands start to get "long"...)

This command is for techies, who might want to use a 3rd party profile editor
to actually look at the contents of the profile; or to find and copy it to
another location. You don't need to use this command as part of the normal
workflow of -building- profiles in PFP; and you also don't need to do
anything special to "install" the profile; once it's created and in the
right place (which is the folder that "Open Profile" opens up for you),
all color managed applications on your system should have access to it.
