Comment on PRINT to Finish... if that means you printed the target and immediately measured it you may want to consider waiting at least 3-4 hrs and better yet overnight... some inks colors set and change slightly as they dry - depending on ink/paper combo it can be pretty dramatic.

Yup ... that was from print to finish so to speak :-)
