Well you'll want to read the help I wrote for the application before you decide if its heaven, or some other place... but most new users seem pretty happy with the learning curve. I've had one or two truely unique interpretations of things (a fellow couldn't get the software to run the other day, as he was typing the hardware serial number from the bottom of his DC1005 unit into the software serial number prompt, I'd never have thought to document that one) but by and large it seems pretty accessible. Soon we get to see what the world market makes of the translations in nine languages; that may bring a few more issues to light...
