Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I cannot use PrintFix Pro 2.0:when I try to profile I always get this 
warning:

"Unespected color error NiLobjectException has occurred at code 
location [001:000].PrintFix will now quit.Plese report this error,and 
relaunch PrintFix Pro."

If I relaunch the same warning is showed when I try to profile.Please 
help,I've received the Epson 3800 and I cannot profile papers for it.I 
had the R2400 and I never had problems with it and PrintFix Pro 
(v.1.1.1)
All the others functions,printing targets,redings..seem ok The problem 
is when I click "next" to profile.I've delete the previous measurement 
files,read again the target,but no way.
