Both the monitor and the printer products are site licenses, so you can install them on as many computers at your site as you wish. You can't profile without the software, so any machine you wish to calibrate and profile the monitor(s) on will need to have the software loaded. The printer profiling software can be used from a single machine, as long as that machine has access to print to all your printers; otherwise, you'll end up installing that on multiple machines as well. Once you build a printer profile, you can copy it to your other computers, if you print from more than one.
