After measuring one, back up a screen and select the other type of target, move forward again, and the template for that target will now be present when you choose "read patches". Once you have read the second target, the option for choosing an existing measurement file will allow you to choose the color target, and below that a gray target to go with it. This will build a gray augmented profile.
