Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I am using PrintFix Pro v2.0.
My program and spectro have been working fine up until this am.  
Actually made a good set of profiles yesterday.  Today when I use the 
spectro to measure a target and look at the meausred values, the colors 
are way off.  I have white balanced before I did this as usual.  I look 
at my prior measured targets and they look fine, but when I try to make 
a new one today, even using the same paper as I used yesterday, colors 
are way off.  Is there a setting I perhaps have wrong?  Is there a way 
to determine if it is reading properly?  Thanks.
