Thanks for the responses CD, David Miller already mentioned the use of
Photoshop. It has worked just fine. Perhaps in the version 3 of the software
a sizing ability would make sense.

The only issue I am having now is that the shadow areas are too dark.
Adjusting the brightness slider washes out the highlight areas.

You can use the TIFF format targets, combine as desired in Photoshop, and be
sure to print without color management (same as source, no driver color
management).
