I tried moving the slider to +5 in shadow detail and it is almost undetectable. I am also ggetting a slight greenish cast and have tried 2 and 3 units of adding red, but again see little difference. Am I being too timid with the sliders?
Probably...
The sizing is only iin a single direction, so there is wasted space on either side of the target, like 30 inches. What about printing multiple targets (ganged). I did produce a target gang in PS and that worked well.
The sizing is defined by the page size, you would need to create a custom page size and use that to get a resized target, but resizing it to very wide/short, or very tall/narrow proportions really wouldn't do you any good, it would make the patches very long is one dimension, and very short in the other. A bit wider than high is good, to allow faster measuring, but very off-square is not better, it just makes you move your hand farther. If your ganged target is working well, you won't get anything better from the internal targets, as they won't currently gang targets...
