Re: Help calibrating monitor

2007-08-30 by John Vitollo

Hi Molitar,

In a nutshell you monitor is at the end of it's life as it can not achieve proper luminance. Time
to buy a new LCD monitor.

Your monitor exhibited my old Sony's behavior where the text was fuzzy and just about
impossible to read.

It doesn't matter what you are viewing as it's all "digital" while viewing it on your monitor.
You only need one set-up but it's moot at this point as the Samsung can't reach minimum
brightness level.

Dell (made by Samsung) has some very good LCDs at affordable prices.

Best,

John
