Dual Monitor Color Matching?

We're looking to upgrade to dual 24" LCD widescreen monitors for 
Lightroom use.

Not settled yet as to whether it will be PC or MAC.

Will the top end Spider3 work to properly profile dual monitor setups 
on both?
