Thank you for the replies. Randy: I do load the color applet (I think) if what you mean is the "ProfileChooser" that comes with the Spyder software. I flip through the various profiles I've created (many at this point) and they all appear the same (albeit slightly different when I select each profile) for the intended monitor. CDTobie: Using the profiles created by the Spyder calibrations (as selected by the ProfileChooser), the Windows desktop applications are in fact not matched--one monitor red and the other (relatively) cyan. If I open Photoshop CS3 and create a gray gradient, then duplicate it to both monitors, it appears the same as the Windows desktop: unmatched red/cyan. If I assign or convert (tried both) of the documents to some of the various .icm profiles I've recently created via Spyder calibration, the problem remains (there is slight gamma change when assigning a different profile, but no color change). Does anyone have any suggestions? Please accept my thanks in advance. JP
