Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi,

I have the PrintFix Pro with the Spyder3 Print software.  I have 
generated several variations of profiles for an Epson R1800 printer 
with an InkRepublic CIS and Image Specialists using Ilford Pearl 
paper. I am now in the process of selecting and editing the "best" 
profiles to use. I would like to try the "Input Curves" option but 
don't know how to proceed. How, and from what, do I develop the acv 
correction?  I tried printing a test image with the profile, then 
scanned it in and generated an acv correction in PhotoShop but that did 
not work at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
