We plan to put up a video on that topic before long. In the meantime, here are the basics:
Softproof your RGB test image (Ideally the SpyderProof Matrix test image) through your Spyder3Print output profile in Full Photoshop, by selecting it in Proof Setup > Custom.
Do not choose Black Point Compensation.
If you wish the result to match the SpyderProof SoftProof, choose ink black and paper white checkboxes.
Go to Image > Adjustments > Curves.
Be sure that Preview is checked.
Make any density adjustments you wish to the RGB composite (default) channel.
Make any color adjustements you with to the individual Red, Green, or Blue channels.
Save this Curve Set (in CS3 this is now hidden under the tiny menu box next to the preset popdown).
Apply the Curve Set to your image, and print through the profile you SoftProofed through.
See if the result is as desired.
If not, open the test image, SoftProof again, through the same profile, open the Curve Set, and adjust as desired, then resave.
Repeat until satisfied.
In Spyder3Print select the measurement set(s) that were used to create your SoftProof profile above.
Apply the edits when building a new version of your profile.
Print a SpyderProof test image to see the results; they should match the results using the Curve Set and Profile from Photoshop.
