Start a support ticket on our website, and note that I said for them to replace your spectro...Should have mentioned it in the first post but tried cable change and direct port even before reloading the software. Just now tried it with the older G4 Tiger and a direct port and got a similar reddish orange with an impossible Lab value (a=-167) on what should have been a Dmax on a glossy paper.
