Datacolor User to User Support Group.

OS is Win XP Pro

Purchased and installed Spyder3Pro, tried to register online. I keep 
getting the error message "invalid verification image code" which I 
assume means that the serial number I'm putting in is incorrect. 
However, it IS the same serial number which appears on the 
installation CD, and it allows the program itself to operate.

All other info was supplied. I've tried this several times, always 
with the same result.

What am I doing wrong?
