There's no difference between doing this and opening up a duplicate of that image in Photoshop and printing it from there. If you print this image with color management turned off in the driver (just as you'd be setting up the driver underneath if you were going to be printing a target), then you'll get as much ink as the driver will give you for those "pure" RGB primary colors, based on your paper type, output quality/resolution/speed settings.
