Yes, the rules for release numbers are such that any change after  
release requires a new number; so a quick fix to the 3.0.5 Windows  
version required renumbering to 3.0.6 when it was reposted

Release info will be posted in this month's newsletter ( I'll be  
assembling that info on Monday). But yes, much of the improvement is  
to the Utility.  I'm not sure it does more, but it's more informative.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
