Re: [colorvision_group] The consecutive measurement accuracy

2009-04-13 by Cdtobie

These are not end user issues, they are scientific issues. Taking any
two measurement sets from the DC1005, building profiles from them, and
making prints from them, would result in equally good, and virtually
indistinguishable, prints. If they did not, then THAT would be an end
user issue. If you feel the need to discuss scientific issues, you
would have to contact me privately, as they are not appropriate for me
to comment on in a public forum.

Have you compared profile results with Spyder3Print and the Colormunki
on actual photographs, and tried to make adjustments to the profiles
using each package? You may find some real world differences there;
especially printing with any intent other then Percepual, from non-
Adobe applications (or with BPC turned off)... or basicly any
adjustments you wished to make, as the Munki has no editing functions.
