Help please with calibrating an Eizo screen with Spyder 3 Elite

My screen an Eizo L997 has 7 controls-Brightness,Temp Kelvin presets,Gain,Saturation,Hue,Gama,6 colours and reset.How do I use that lot correctly within Spyder 3?
