Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I decided to upgrade from the Spyder3Pro to Elite and I have a quick question.

I figured that I would want to uninstall Pro before installing Elite and  Datacolor support confirmed that I should but later, I realized I should have asked if I should move the Spyder3Utility out of Startup (running WinXP), reboot (Spyder3Utility would not run) and then do the Pro uninstall?

In other words, would I have a  problem uninstalling Spyder3Pro if the Spyder3Utility has been loaded/is running?

By they way, Datacolor support was really excellent because while their normal procedure for an upgrade like this is to call to get the payment info, I have a hearing loss which makes the phone very difficult for me to use and they were very accomodating and came up with an alternate approach so I did not have to use the phone.
